UK Buyers
Pay securely online with your Debit or Credit Card with SagePay/Protx
We also accept Paypal for those with a Paypal account
You can also send us a Cheque or Postal order to the address below.
For Cheque payments, goods will be despatched once payment has cleared
which usually takes 3/5 working days

Overseas Buyers  
Secure online payments by SagePay/Protx or Paypal only please.

Refunds & Returns
Hopefully you are happy with your purchase, but should there be a problem, please contact us immediately.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Upon receipt of the returned goods, We will replace the item quickly and refund you the cost of returned postage. You may also have a full refund if you prefer.

Other Items you wish to Return
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, upon receipt of the returned goods in perfect condition with undamaged packaging, We will issue you a full refund. The cost of return postage will not be refunded.
PLEASE ADVISE US OF A PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Please return goods within 14 days of date of purchase and
to a maximum limit of 30 days from date of purchase.
